So, how did this entry come about . . . well, I would not call myself a goal-setter by any means, but over the past year . . . I did just that.
I set a few goals.
And to my surprise, I've accomplished two out of three and it's AUGUST!
(I am counting the fact, my third goal is a little out of my control, but it's still on the list nonetheless!)
The great part is, I'm experiencing a sense of accomplishment!
If you know me at all or met me even once, you would know I am a little hard on myself. I have an issue with perfection (generously passed down to me from my mother) and perhaps I am a little critical of myself (again, it's the perfection thing . . .)
But, I've been accomplishing some very valid things this year and that's something to feel pretty good about!
